EVO Tool Diamond Blades

EVO Tool Diamond Blades

For over two decades, CID have been at the forefront of the market for diamond cutting blades and accessories, including Wet Cutting and Dry Cutting.

CID have combined it's wealth of experience with a “user-focused” approach to product development and now champion a world leading range including EVO Diamond Blades which are high quality, innovative, and safe

Forged Segment Technology

As a European manufacturing partner, CiD have always been compelled to achieve peak performance. We are pioneers in the development of new processes and products, particularly when it comes to diamond blades. Our expertise has made it possible to implement new bonding technologies for our EVO Diamond Blades to feature unprecedented, high cutting performance.

By developing CFT Technology (CiD Forging Technology), we have been able to break through traditional industry processes of segment manufacturing.

With CID, you are always one step ahead.

Our new, patented process is based on forging technology developed in house and implemented in production.

Benefits of CFT Technology

  • Reduces risk of segment detachment by up to 10 times!
  • Guarantees consistent quality
  • Highly efficient
  • Allows for new material combinations with high-density structure
  • Lower vibration levels
  • Increased safety for operator

EVO Tool Diamond blades produced by CFT show significantly lower vibration levels when used in free hand application. Small, parallel gullets between the segments result in a very smooth cutting behaviour, even at a segment height of 17mm

There is no need to expose operators using diamond blades to unnecessary vibration stress. Improved speed of cut also increases performance!

Quality and Safety

In order to ensure consistently high quality diamond blades, constant checks are performed throughout the entire diamond blade manufacturing process. Our internal quality management system, ISO:9001:2015 certified, starts with the process of careful selection of raw materials. For base materials such as diamonds and steel cores, we only use suppliers with whom we have longstanding relationships and meet our high quality demands.

At CID, we ensure that there is a continuous improvement of our production. It it this expertise of our excellent development engineers that has enabled us to develop our unique CID Forcing Technology (CFT). Our development and production processes fully comply with European standards such as EN 13236 and oSa (Organisation for the Safety of Abrasives).
