The Surefoot 1600 Trench Cover is a tough, lightweight solution for safely covering open trenches and excavations. Manufactured from high-strength SMC glass-reinforced plastic, it offers an excellent strength-to-weight ratio whilst remaining durable, electric shock safe, and fully compliant with current UK and European legislation.

Designed with safety and practicality in mind, the Surefoot 1600 features a low-profile 6mm non-trip leading edge, PVC edging for improved stability and reduced movement, and four pre-moulded fixing holes for selected applications. Easy to clean and maintain, it is rated for 3-tonne vehicle loading over a 500mm trench, making it ideal for high-traffic work sites and public areas.
